Logging into your site

The best way to log in into your site is to simply type in your site’s address in your browser's address bar and append /admin to the back of it. The address will look something like this:

e.g. http://yoursite.com/admin

Then you click GO or press enter and you should get the login screen.

Type in your username, which is your email address, and your password and click Login.

User not registered for the selected site

You will get this message when you try to login into the site your username does not belong to. So, the system does authenticate you, which means your username and password exist on the system and they are correct but the username you are logging in with is not in the list of users in Admin -> Manage Users.

So, in that case you need to contact the administrator and get them to add you to the site.

Invalid username, password or both message

If you are getting this message when you try to log in into your site that means that your username and or password are incorrect.

First thing you should do here is to use a Lost your password? link to get a link for password change emailed to you. When you click on that link you'll get a box where you can enter your username/email address, click RETRIEVE and the link will be sent to you which will take you to the page where you can update your password.

Using a different URL to log in

If for some reason you're unable to login into your site you can try a different URL to log in into your site.

Every site comes with a worldsecuresystems.com subdomain which can be found in Admin -> Manage Domain Names. It will look something like this

http://YourBusiness.worldsecuresystems.com

So, simply type in http://YourBusiness.worldsecuresystems.com/admin into the address bar and login.

Clearing the browser cache and deleting cookies

Sometimes the site cookies can prevent you from logging in into the site or a secure zone. All you have to do in this case is clear the cache and delete the cookies and that should help.
