How To Use This Wiki

Are you a New User?

If you're a new user to Online Businesses then you should work systematically through the New Users Training section where you'll be able to watch videos and work through 'how-to' articles covering the most frequently used basic features of the system. Click here to view the "New User Training Scheme" map and see the available topics. You'll start at Website Editing and work your way through E-Commerce, Customer Database and Email Marketing before finally working through the Reporting functionality. If you're looking to learn a particular feature you can go through the map to find it.
